Hutchison announce the pre-release of the Motorola 835 (info from 3). It is probably the lightest and smallest 3G phone release by "3" so far. This handset has different plans than that for the original 4 handsets. The new plans are called 3 for All. Click here for details on the new plans. Hutchison starts charging a connection fee (flagfall). If your call drops out and you redial within 60 seconds, the connection fee is waved for that call (i.e. you won't be charged multiple flagfalls)
